Jules heads close to Loch Ness and is stunned by what one couple have achieved with their stylish property. He also drops in on a nature-loving couple who bought a property in his line up that met their £325,000 budget. However, he soon discovers that when their family circumstances changed, they had to make a bold decision regarding their dream home.
