The jewellery auction is about to begin and Danny So behaves nervously arousing suspicion from "Stallone" who thinks that he is a thief and keeps a close watch on him. Lily tries to obtain money from Henry but is refused. She is therefore forced to sell the bracelet which is a present from Chun Man. Ding M on secretly acquires the bracelet. When Tsui Ching finds that Tze Shun has resolved with Shuk Yee, she brings Albert to see them intimately together. Feeling sad, Albert vent his anger to Tsui Ching. Trying to forget the heart-broken past, Sai Cheong decides to resign despite of Lau Kin's request for him to stay.
