Five eclectic student types wind up in detention: good girl Dina, bad girl Jenny, lesbian Sydney, jock Brad and geek Stanley. Syndey's disruption of the library over a strange presence requires Stan and Dino to join in on a cover-up operation (an involved scheme for breaking into Principal Whitaker's office). Jenny tries to engage the others in a variant game of kiss-marry-kill, and Sydney stumbles upon a hurtful secret involving Brad.
