After accepting a new job, Robert is moving his family from southern Virginia to the coastal town of Stuart, Florida. For Robert, who grew up in Miami, having a Mediterranean style home with a swimming pool is a must. Having grown up in Minneapolis, Carol Dee would rather have a ranch style home. But working with a tight time frame, and a limited supply of homes in their $300,000 price range, finding the right place is going to be a challenge.
