Paul and Cecilia just sold their condo and want to buy a single family home in Los Angeles. Cecilia would love to stay in their current neighborhood of Studio City or nearby Sherman Oaks, which are both a 15 minute commute to her job in Burbank. Problem is, in the pricey Los Angeles real estate market, their $950,000 budget won't go far in those areas. Paul wouldn't mind moving farther out to get more house for their money.
