Now, ten years later, the couple is married and they want to settle down on the beautiful Hawaiian island of Maui. Riane wants a funky home with good vibes and lots of land. Patrick is less interested in funk and more interested in a good investment - and they both want an ocean view. The only problem is, Riane is terrified of Tsunamis and wants her new home as high up as possible.
