Now that they have a toddler and a baby, Ryan and Apryl have outgrown their 2 bedroom rental home and are anxious to buy their first house in the Washington D.C. suburbs. With their lease set to expire in a few months, they're in a rush to find a place. Problem is, Ryan must have a "man cave" and Apryl wants to make sure their home has all the right details. With a budget of $350,000 and time running out, can they find a place that makes them both happy?
