Brian and Kelly live in a cramped high rise in Atlanta and after a year of marriage, they're thinking about starting a family and the condo won't cut it. Plus, they're tired of taking their dog, Winnie up and down the elevator all day long so she can take care of business. They're looking for a $475K, four-bedroom home with a yard so their dog can run around. They see three homes in the trendy Brookhaven area including a four-bedroom brick home with a updated kitchen, but the backyard is tiny. The second home has beautiful trey ceilings, but the master bathroom has outdated fixtures. The third home is very modern with a bonus balcony, but they can see their neighbors out every window.
