Gary and Paul are ready to leave Corydon, Indiana to fulfill their dream of buying a house in Hawaii. Hawaii has been a special place for them, since they had their commitment ceremony there a few years ago. After researching all of the islands, they decided to focus on the Big Island. With a budget of $200,000 - $350,000, they are looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that has a large open kitchen. They would love to be near the ocean and have a view. After checking out three places, Gary and Paul weigh the pros and cons of each house to make a decision.
