Sandra Cordova owns a successful sign company, and her daughter Anna is heading off to college soon but has decided against campus living. Currently, they live in the small community of Lyons, Colorado in a large two-bedroom townhome. They've set their sights on living in the nearby city of Longmont. This active twosome has a long list of must-haves for their new home, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage large enough for Sandra's woodworking materials, car and motorcycle, a large upgraded kitchen and a large living room for their monthly slumber parties. Although the top of their budget is $220,000, Sandra is hoping to find a bargain.
