Kris and Elise Rodemack married two years ago and moved to Hillsboro, Oregon, just outside of Portland. Now with a six-month old son, this young family has a cramped apartment and is throwing money away by renting. They've decided to look for a three-bedroom, two-bath home in Portland's western suburbs. However, with a budget of only $200,000, it's going to be a challenge to find the right place for them.
