When empty nesters Tom and Terri decided to relocate from Ohio to Indiana for Tom's new job, they didn't know that the city of Santa Claus existed. Now, they're one hundred percent set on buying a home there. He wants a yard big enough for a riding lawnmower and she wants extra bedrooms for when the kids visit.
