Jaye and Ken Kopp are renting a small house with a spacious garden, but want to trade it in to buy a larger home with a maintenance-free yard. They start out on their own, but they run into a like-minded realtor Chris Brotman, along the way. Together the Kopps and Brotman find a house that is just the right size, and with a little something unique to fit the Kopps' taste.
