After a recent vacation to San Juan, Puerto Rico, Andy from Los Angeles decided he needed to have a place to escape from his busy life. He's looking to purchase a second home in San Juan and wants the old, historic charm he fell in love with during his visit, but the logistics of purchasing a second home over 3,000 miles away have Andy overwhelmed.
