The slow economy has created a window of opportunity for the Canadian family to invest in a property that they can use themselves and rent out to visitors. David is concerned with what kind of return he'll get on his investment and hoping that through rentals the property will pay for itself. Lynne is more focused on buying a property that feels like home and brings the family together.
