26-year-old Jerry Fraser is friendly with 16-year-old Francesco Carlotti, who is unaware that he is a psychopath. Her Italian father disapproves of their friendship and Fraser kills Francesca and her parents. Fraser then has vivid hallucinations in which he still sees the girl.
