A damp and dingy basement flat in Kilburn in London with space for an extension, a former post office in Gedney Dyke in Lincolnshire and a bungalow in Cornwall's Liskeard are sold under the hammer. Two of the new owners plan to make their auction buys their home, while the third wants to create a family home to sell on. Martin, Lucy and Dion tour the properties and meet the new owners.
