Lebeau brings a pretty underground contact through the tunnel to meet with the Heroes. She informs them that the underground network's communication system is in disarray but has an extremely important message to be passed to various locations in western Europe. The message is too sensitive to be transmitted by radio, therefor must be hand carried. Hogan soon devises a plan involving Colonel Klink and his supposedly antique clock.
