Julian is arrested and charge with attacking Rachel who is in a coma. When the lawyer whom his mother brings thinks they should plead it out despite Julian claiming he's innocent. Julian wants to go to trial and the lawyer doesn't think he has a chance. So Jonathan brings Scotty who's so despondent of no one wanting him to be their lawyer that he tries to kill himself.
