Autolycus steals hunt divinity Artemis's magical bow to sell it to Discord, who uses it to transform Hercules in a helpless pig. Ares and she, who dare not break Zeus' ban on killing gods, hope the job can then be done by champion huntsman Colchis. Iolaus recruits semi-repentant Autolycus to save Hercules, by 'borrowing' heavenly messenger god Hermes's flying sandals to find bow and 'pig'.
