Jasper interrupts Henry's and Charlotte's study session with news of a $10,000 reward for information on the Wall Dogs, graffiti vandals who've recently spray-painted the Swellview library. Jasper needs the money for foot reduction surgery. As Jasper forms his own posse, Ray, for personal reasons, wants Henry and Charlotte to find the Wall Dogs, too. When Kid Danger captures a Wall Dog, he's conflicted, as it's a girl who puts the moves on him.
