Following Charlie's victory against Heaven's army, the Hotel is packed with new residents. Though, to Charlie's dismay, many of her new guests seek revenge not redemption. Meanwhile, the Vees try to capitalise on Hell's instability and use the growing tensions with Heaven to their own advantage.

- Naegi Wells19 de novembro de 2025A mostly amazing follow up to the 1st season. Vox was a fun and interesting antagonist, Alastor kept me guessing what his plan was, the musical numbers were mostly hits(some of which I had to add to my playlist), and most everything else was just so fun and exciting. My only gripe is with Charlie herself, how they made her a little too naive to the point where she continuously made poor decisions that hurt the hotel. At least it shows that she's not perfect, but it was still a little aggravating. That, and the fact that the obvious way to fix their situation was too obvious and wasn't given a good enough excuse as to why it couldn't have happened sooner rather than at the finale. Still a fun watch, will probably binge it again multiple times in the future.
