The wildly popular Hancho series returns to television for a 6th season! This time, the setting moves to the foot of Tokyo’s newest landmark, the Sky Tree tower, in the Oshiage district. There, a new police station has been established, Japan’s first “branch station” of an existing precinct, aiming at a leaner operation free of organizational red tape. The “branch station” promises to serve as a neutral mediator between the main precinct office and neighborhood police boxes and is manned by four detectives, namely, the Azumi unit that so successfully foiled a major terrorist plot through outstanding teamwork six months ago. No sooner is the new branch launched when a tour bus around circling the Sky Tree is hijacked, throwing the Azumi team into the fray with a new slew of crimes in fresh stomping grounds.

第1話File.01 バスジャック発生!警視庁初の試みで、モデルケースとして新設された「警視庁押上警察分署」に、特捜一係以来、約半年ぶりに安積剛志（佐々木蔵之介）、結城沙緒里（比嘉愛未）、尾崎誠（小澤征悦）、小池竜也（福士誠治）の４人が召集された。それぞれが再会を懐かしむのも束の間、早速、指名手配中の拳銃強盗犯・小田切哲夫（叶雅貴）を発見したとの通報を受け、安積班が現場に急行した。安積班の追跡に小田切は勢い余って植木に突っ込み、割れた植木鉢の欠片でケガしてしまう。そして安積班が犯人を捕らえ、連行しようとしたとき、「ケガしている人間に手錠をかけるつもりか？」と、１人の町医者が立ちはだかる。その町医者は、近隣住民から“赤ひげ先生”と慕われ「水沢医院」を開業する医師・水沢圭次郎（橋爪功）だった。安積は救急車を呼ぼうとするが、水沢が犯人の応急処置を申し出る。水沢の態度が気に入らない結城に水沢は「正義を振りかざすヤツらが気に入らない」と食ってかかる。後日、安積らは、この水沢医師から手痛いしっぺ返しを食らうことになるとは、このときは知る由もなかった…。新天地となる「押上分署」で安積班を待ち受ける事件とは？そして「分署」新設に動いた川口総太郎刑事部長（里見浩太朗）の想いは果たされるのか！？ - File.02 バスジャック!解決編
第2話File.02 バスジャック!解決編東京スカイツリー周辺を巡るツアーバスがジャックされ、IT系企業の社長・有田耕平（森岡豊）と不動産投資会社社長・横山友康（高田賢一）を３時間以内に連れてこいと犯人が要求。犯人の説得にあたった安積（佐々木蔵之介）だったが、バスジャック犯・大久保慎一（辰巳蒼生）は安積に、自分の首に仕掛けられた爆弾を見せつけて「自分も被害者だ」と訴える。そのとき、大久保に爆弾を仕掛けた人物から安積に連絡が入る。爆弾は遠隔操作され、あと２時間で爆発してしまうというのだ。その爆弾の威力を見せようと、謎の人物は別の場所に仕掛けた爆弾を爆発させ、「犠牲者が出たらあんたのせいだ」と安積に言い残して連絡を切った。それからほどなく、爆破現場そばの防犯カメラにバイクに乗った不審人物が映っていることが判明すると、鑑識の丸岡喜一郎（六平直政）と木村千春（加藤夏希）が、バイクのナンバーから滝本裕太（窪塚俊介）という男を割り出した。この滝本という男が真犯人なのか？なぜ犯人は２人の男を探せと要求しているのか？爆破予告の時間はあとわずか。安積班はバスジャック事件をどう解決するのか…！？ - File.03 8年前の指紋…殺人犯をかばう町医者の秘密
第3話File.03 8年前の指紋…殺人犯をかばう町医者の秘密押上分署管内のアパートで空き巣事件が発生。それからすぐ、盗まれた通帳で現金を引き出そうとした人物が確認される。防犯カメラの映像をもとに緊急手配が敷かれると、警ら中の寺田正一巡査長（林家正蔵）が犯人・仁科（上原風馬）を発見し身柄を拘束。だが、鑑識課の丸岡（六平直政）が、被害者宅のタンスから８年前に起きた殺人事件の容疑者のものらしき指紋を発見した。その事件とは、１人暮らしの資産家・吉川辰蔵（石山輝夫）が殺害されたもので、凶器は発見されていないが、現場で採取された木片から、木刀のようなもので撲殺された可能性が高いという。当時、辰蔵は多額の現金を自宅に保管しているという噂があり、被害者は現金を盗もうと忍び込んだ犯人と遭遇して殺害されたとみられていた。だが現場には３０００万円の現金が手付かずで残されており、特に捜査の決め手がなく、迷宮入りの可能性もある事件だった。空き巣被害者の証言によると、タンスは１週間前に購入したもので、運送業者が運び入れたものだという。運送業者の記録から、小倉孝信（高知東生）という男がタンスを納品していることが判明。事情を聞くため、小倉を訪ねる安積（佐々木蔵之介）。指紋採取の協力を要請していると、そこに水沢医師（橋爪功）が現れ、安積たちから小倉を遠ざけるだけでなく、捜査に協力する必要は無いと小倉本人にも釘をさす。一方、辰蔵が住んでいたマンションの管理人の、辰蔵が息子・修一（新田純一）夫婦と折り合いが悪かったという証言から、修一と妻・宏子（立原麻衣）にも犯行の動機があると考え、安積班は平行して捜査にあたり…。 - File.04 アメ横～川越…伝説の女スリが狙ったサイフ
第4話File.04 アメ横～川越…伝説の女スリが狙ったサイフある日、尾崎（小澤征悦）は外務大臣の警護、結城（比嘉愛未）には八丈島警察署からの協力要請が入りまた異動となってしまい、安積班は安積（佐々木蔵之介）と小池（福士誠治）の２人だけとなってしまう。あまりにも突然のことに戸惑う安積と小池だが、そんな２人に久米島保刑事課長（升毅）は、向島中央署からの応援要請がきていると伝える。東京スカイツリー観光客を狙った窃盗事件が相次ぎ、安積班も捜査に駆り出されることになったのだ。そこでスリと思しき不審な行動をする老女を発見する安積と小池。２人はスッた財布をゴミ箱に捨てようとした女を現行犯逮捕した。その女は“白魚のお里”と呼ばれた、前科５犯の伝説的な女スリ・木村里枝（渡辺美佐子）だった。余罪の割り出しにと、里枝の自宅を調べると、カード、免許証、そして安産祈願のお守りが入った財布が見つかった。その財布の持ち主は長谷川愛（栗原瞳）で、１か月前から行方不明となっていて、夫の哲也（木下政治）から捜査願いが出されていた。だが里枝が財布をスッたのは２週間ほど前で、持っていたのは男性だったという。取調べ中、「外の空気を吸えば思い出すかも…」という里枝の提案に、安積は小池に里枝を連れて現場検証を命じるが、手がかりは得られなかった。そんなとき、行方不明の愛が、八王子の山中で絞殺体となって発見されたとの連絡が！？ - File.05 ストーカーに狙われた花嫁!人形が語る真実
第5話File.05 ストーカーに狙われた花嫁!人形が語る真実ある日、殺人事件が発生。遺体が発見された現場に駆けつけた安積（佐々木蔵之介）と小池（福士誠治）は、鑑識の丸岡（六平直政）と千春（加藤夏希）から、死亡推定時刻が前日の夜９時から１１時頃との報告を受ける。凶器こそ発見されなかったが、血痕のついた手ぬぐいと「合歓垣早苗（ねむがきさなえ）」と書かれた紙片が見つかった。また、ポケットにあったボールペンには「週刊新時代」のロゴが印字されていた。安積たちは身元確認のためにその編集部を訪ねると、被害者は広川東吾（若杉宏二）というフリーの記者だと判明。広川は、社会の不正を暴くような告発ネタを持ち込む、やり手のジャーナリストだった。安積らが広川のアパートを捜索すると、デスクの上にはあるタウン誌が。そこには、広川が担当し、長期連載としてスタートしたはずの「江戸木目込み人形（えどきめこみにんぎょう）職人・清瀬陽道（竜雷太）」の記事があったが、なぜか連載２回目にして終了となっていた。それは広川が持ち込んだ企画だったが、陽道とのトラブルがもとで連載が中止となったことが判明する。陽道を訪ねた安積たちは、「合歓垣早苗」という文字を陽道に見せると、「ネムガキなんて知らない…」と言い放つ。しかし安積は、なぜ陽道がこの難読苗字を読めたのかが気になっていた。さらに調べを進めると、取材で足しげく工房へ通っていた広川は、婚約者がいる陽道の娘・結衣子（大凪真生）に好意を抱いており、それが陽道の逆鱗に触れて取材を断られたらしいとのことだった。調査を進める安積班の前に、陽道の主治医である水沢医師（橋爪功）がまたしても立ちはだかり…。 - エピソード 6第6話
