When Zane's complaint results in the enigmatic Miss Chatham being evicted from her boat at the marina, Emma invites her to stay with her family. After overhearing Miss Chatham and her concern for her "treasure", Zane pursues her boat when she departs the marina. Emma and Lewis catch up with them in time to help with a medical emergency but when Zane gets trapped on the sinking boat, Emma must risk the water to save him.
