With the South West Acrobatic Championships fast approaching, the Acro squads are working hard to overcome injury and finesse their routines. Meanwhile, Amelie and Phoebe have been selected to represent Great Britain at the Junior European Championships in Glasgow, so they're off to Lilleshall for some intensive training with the rest of the team.
