Sam and Jay go away on a romantic weekend, leaving the ghosts and their contractor alone at Woodstone. One of the ghosts is in danger after a mishap, but their attempts to contact Sam and Jay are futile. Meanwhile, flashbacks reveal the events surrounding Hetty's final days as a living.
