Siegfried announces that he is through with KAOS and is willing to sell them all out including his sister. He eventually informs Max that KAOS is planning to attack Fort Knox. However, it is all a ruse which hides his real plan; to kidnap all the CONTROL chiefs and hold them for ransom.
