E4Fjällens rikeNewly found clues lead Holger and Mortensen to the giant rock ledge Preikestolen in southern Norway. But the treasure is not there. Instead, they head to the icy glaciers of Jotunheim. From Visdalen, they hike through birch forest up to the highest mountain peak in the Nordics Galdhöpiggen. Holger realizes that they are not alone in searching for the map's secret. - Samernas rike

On the Arctic tundra, they meet some Sámi who move reindeer. During a joik, Holger sees that it is to Svalbard that they are going. With the help of the gold that Mortensen laundered, they buy a boat to cross the Barents Sea. - Spetsbergen
E7SpetsbergenHolger and Mortensen are on Svalbard, almost as far north as you can get. There they visit the desolate old Svenskhuset where 17 Norwegian salesmen died under mysterious circumstances in the 19th century. At their grave, they find another part of the map. In an abandoned mining town, other pursuers catch up with them and they are forced to flee across the Arctic Ocean to Finland. Deep in the forest, they are attacked and Mortensen is injured.
