Recap: Elizabeth gives Jason the cold shoulder when he comes into Kelly's for a cup of coffee. Edward and Brenda share a happy and tearful reunion. In the ICU, Monica tells Jax why he'll need delicate microsurgery to remove bullet fragments lodged in the soft tissue surrounding his spinal cord. Later, Skye is dismayed to learn that the operation will almost certainly leave her husband paralyzed for life. Coleman offers Zander a job as a bartender but the young man declines, explaining that in the past he had always took the first oppurtunity and it usually turned bad in the end,so this time he wanted to work for whatever he had coming. Noting Elizabeth's shift in attitude towards Jason, Courtney encourages her gloomy brother-in-law to believe that his friend will come around in time.
