At University Hall, Ned completes his sound check while the promoter prepares to open the doors to a mob of excited "Eddie Maine" fans. Backstage, Nikolas encourages Elizabeth to enjoy the rock concert and forget about the situation with Lucky for one night. Lila comes to the hospital to express her deepest condolences to Sonny, who sadly wonders how he's going to tell Carly that they've lost their baby.
