Season 2

Following the collapse of a super-power of the world stage, implied to be the Soviet Union, several factions emerged and vied for control over its former areas. One of them was terrorist organization SKAR, which aims at nothing less than world conquest. In the year 2006, a new G.I. Joe team is created to face SKAR and other power-hungry factions in an increasingly unstable, war-torn war.

However, by using primitively constructed weapons, Eagle Eye is able to defeat the Silencer and prove that he's the better man.
