E15A Promise to a GirlThe second round will be held in Peru. While walking around the venue before the main event, Hayato and Asuka meet Rita, a wheelchair-bound girl who is a Cyber Formula fan. Rita is already able to walk without her wheelchair, but she is unable to accept the fact due to extreme anxiety, and is unable to let go of it. Wanting to help Rita, Hayato goes around getting autographs from each of the racers.
