Bounty hunter Rolando Betancourt is assigned the case, and an incredible international manhunt ensues. There are several near misses and high-speed car chases. Betancourt flies back and forth across the Atlantic, doggedly pursuing every lead, until he finally sees his chance to bring the fugitive in and end the epic five-month chase once and for all.
