In the parallel universe, Olivia submits to a viral-propagated eclampsia (VPE) test since her sister died while giving birth to her baby. When she returns to her apartment, she is abducted and taken to a facility where she is subjected to a procedure that accelerates her pregnancy. Meanwhile the Fringe Division seeks her out while her mother Marilyn is informed that Olivia's VPE has been confirmed.
