After the attempt on Potapov, Lucy, fearing for Alexei’s life, insists that Potapov should involve her in the investigation of his father’s death. Her help is invaluable, and finally gives Potapov a clue, as well as an understanding that everything is not so simple in his relationship with Lucy. Within a few hours, three accomplices involved in corruption are killed. The investigation has no doubt that the crimes are related, but Lucy insists that they are all random. One could listen to her this time too, if it hadn’t been found out that her best friends, including Max.
