When a man is killed in what appears to be a hit and run, Henry and Jo investigate. Henry says it was not an accident. They learn that the man is an ex-con. Jo thinks he was the one who robbed a jewelry store but the man's wife says he was trying to turn his life around. Henry upon looking at surveillance footage rules him out as the robber. Jo also learns that her late husband was the one who prosecuted him.
