And although he's got a sizeable budget, finding a rental in an owner-dominated neighborhood is proving to be a huge challenge. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find a suitable dwelling for Kevin and his kids... But can she get him to adjust his expectations or expand his search area? Jodi finds an entire detached home and a new condo across from a park. But is Kevin willing to compromise on size to get the perfect location? And can he negotiate an open-ended lease?
