Gerald Duglin is identified by his car registration after a shop keeper notices him with missing Lily, dressed as a boy. That leads the SRU to his home, where he has been holding Penny for eight years. Duglin escapes through a tunnel, but Penny refuses to believe the police are on the girls' side, and follows his instructions. Meanwhile Gregory fears he's losing his own son for good. Gerald is tracked down and pinpointed.
