A shy, wanna-be-cool Ohio teen, Andrew Dotson, falls in with the wrong crowd and goes missing. Five weeks later his brutalized body is found in a cornfield. Police have a lead on who might have been responsible, but the investigation quickly hits a brick wall and it looks like the case will go unsolved. Then an unlikely hero emerges. Andrew's mother, determined to find her son's killer, takes the investigation into her own hands and lights the fuse that blows the case wide open and brings the guilty to justice.
