But despite all their differences, Anja and Meike pull together. They have to, because they have to deal with a shortage of staff and the troop is struggling to find team spirit. More than once, they have to jump over their own shadows and face their own greatest fear. A relationship of trust develops between the two women - until Anja makes a momentous mistake.
