After saving a man’s milk from Skiddoo and the mice, Felix is accepted as the man’s pet -- but Laura the Parrot, once the household favorite, objects heartily. Laura and other animals conspire to tie Felix to the town clock, pulling him out of the house. Felix returns to make peace.
