This up close and personal series gives an exclusive insight into modern Indigenous family life through the eyes of nine sisters and their mother. Angela, Shenika, Helen, Kelly, Kiara, Sharna, Aleisha, Jessica and Hannah navigate their way though adolescence and adulthood as their mother, Daniella, tries to teach them life lessons. With their own unique senses of humour and style, the girls learn to juggle their own aspirations with the reality of everyday life.

She heads off on a road trip with her sisters, mum Daniella and Nanna Doreen, but her adventurous plans for a balloon ride don't work out. DaniellaDaniella Borg is a mum to nine girls, daughter, grandmother, student and employee. "I'm not superwoman and sometimes it's a day of survival," she says. Daniella is studying a Bachelor Degree in Social Science and with her exams looming she desperately wants to do well, but finding ways to study in the house without distraction seems almost impossible. She has always put her family first, but this time she must find some time for herself.
