Fed up with constantly being embarrassed by her father's behavior, Meg decides to turn the tables by getting them ambushed by a trashy shock-talk TV show. After the show, a TV producer makes the family an offer to set up cameras in their house and create a reality show around their home. The experience is interesting for them at first, but eventually they all want out of the project.
