Wilson offers Paternoster a deal. While Wilson throws a wild party in the company of expensive call girls, Robin gets a tip about a major drug deal in the harbor.

Wally Wilson is no longer under control of his drug and sex addiction. Commissioner Frank Slaets interrogates Martens, but soon lets him leave on the order of the investigating judge. That same evening, an intervention led by Slaets gets completely out of hand.
