Billy has been late and shoddy with one assignment too many. His teacher threatens to fail him unless he successfully organizes a lucrative charity benefit and meanly forces him to do so conjointly with haughty nerd Tiffany, who has a crush on the hot rascal. He comes up with an auction and gets the gang to rival who can contribute the best items. Meanwhile Fernand tries to scam either Marc or the insurance after a car accident.
