Xavier reluctantly follows marital orders to take a course and become after hours insurance agent. Fernand is inspired to stage a robbery, antedate the policy and claim a fortune, even Boma takes a regular one and stages hefty damages. The apparent crime wave, duly doubted by Pol and his mates, inspires gullible Doortje and Mark to start a neighborhood watch, which clumsily and accidentally stumbles upon the truth.
