Each week, follow along with each of the 8 participants as our expert trainer, Chris Powell, shows up in their home and at their work to provide invaluable lessons in safe weight loss and healthy living. After 12 months of intensive guidance, their progress will be revealed and at the conclusion of each journey lives will be forever changed from the inside out.
