Stopping first at an organic Dairy farm to make cheese - and Debi decides she wants to try and milk one of the cows. Then it's off to make authentic Tuscan bread with a baker who shows them the old ways. Finally, they meet an Italian Nona who teaches them how to make fresh ravioli. They take everything back to Gabriele's mother's home and create an artisanal feast from everything they discovered.
