Neto flees from his criminal past in Ceará and moves to his grandmother’s house in Brazil’s largest city: São Paulo. He bets with Luís, the shy playboy of the group, for the heart of beautiful yet insecure Cris, who is going through a severe financial crisis. With the help of the ever-creative Bella, Luís forms a small Bible study group to get closer to Cris. Meanwhile, Buzininha juggles multiple jobs to take care of her sick mother. These five young people must learn to listen to each other and understand one another, or else they risk getting hurt in the process of becoming adults.
