Derya, Malik, Chloë and Schröder are all seeing psychotherapist Dr. Thomalla undergoing treatment. The four of them meet for the first time on the day Thomalla is found dead in front of her house. Between the police, ambulance and crisis intervention teams, Derya decides to continue the group's therapy under her guidance - with unexpected and sometimes fatal consequences.
